My current work focuses on objects that interact in interesting relationship with one another. The items selected are humble owning a patina that shows the wear and history of time. Some have strong dynamic shapes that contrast against the foil of simpler forms. The goal is to wed the separate parts in such a way that they contribute to the whole in perfect harmony together. My aim is to create a mood of peace and stillness; an island of quiet in our sometimes painful and chaotic world.
